This size guide shows body measurements. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size. For all horizontal measurements, keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Chest: Place one end of the measuring tape at the fullest part of your chest and wrap it around (under your armpits and over your shoulder blades) until you return to the starting point.

Waist: Place the tape around the narrowest part of your waist and measure.

Hips: Place the end of the measuring tape on one hip and wrap it around the fullest part of your hips until you return to the starting point.
