This size guide shows body measurements. We recommend ordering a size up if your measurements fall between two sizes. For all horizontal measurements, keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
Chest: place one end of the measuring tape at the fullest part of your chest and wrap it around (under your arms and across your shoulder blades) until you return to where you started.
Waist: place the tape around the narrowest part of your waist and measure.
Hips: place the end of the measuring tape on one hip and wrap it around the fullest part until you return to where you started measuring.
